Completions Field Supervisor / Senior Specialist at SLB

Summary


The Completions Field Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and optimization of Completion designs.


Responsibilities


Drive and follow up on Completion equipment preparations
Prepare Completion programs and run technical reviews
Troubleshooting and service quality follow up
Job analysis and closure
Mentoring of Junior field personnel.


Experiences and Exposures


Bachelor or Master's Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Electrical engineering
Experience in Lower, Upper, Gauge, Intelligent completions and liner hanger installations
Minimum experience of 5 years in Completions with at least 10 installations as supervisor
Ability to run;

Lower Completion (SAS, Cased and Open hole gravel pack jobs, Formation Isolation valves)
Upper Completion (Single and dual string, Safety Valves, Packers, Intervention)
Liner hanger (cemented and uncemented liners, Polish mills, tieback installations)
Permanent downhole gauges and Intelligent completion


Experienced in redressing Completions equipment
Experienced in downhole hydraulics, running tubular design and analysis simulations
Experience in land, swamp, offshore and deep-water environments
Strong work ethics, QHSE culture and customer focused
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong team player with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment
