Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes.
Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate services.
Monitor bookings and maintain accurate guest records.
Conduct room readiness checks and report maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with property policies and security standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Technical Services, or related field (preferred).
3 - 5 years' experience in facility or estate management.
Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
Experience in supervising technical or maintenance teams.
