Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership and Management: Lead construction projects, coordinating efforts to ensure timely completion within budget while adhering to exceptional quality standards.
Budget and Cost Management: Utilize financial management expertise to draft, monitor, and manage accurate project budgets, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management and Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential risks and develop clear mitigation strategies to safeguard project progress.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce stringent quality control procedures that comply with industry standards and local building regulations.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a strong commitment to health and occupational safety at all construction sites.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to executive management and relevant stakeholders, detailing project status, financial performance, and any deviations from the initial plan.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Building Technology.
A minimum of 10-15 years of proven experience in construction project management and building.
Significant prior experience with reputable firms is essential.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Experience in block setting, plastering, mechanical and electrical work, finishing, and various construction levels, including high-rise and mid-rise projects.
