Collection Development Limited is recruiting to fill the position of: Construction Manager. The position is located in Lagos State. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; professional registration with NSE or NIOB is preferred; COREN registration is beneficial with a minimum 10 years of construction experience with demonstrated experience managing multi-building residential projects in Lagos. Membership of NIOB or NSE is an advantage.
