Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent III to plan, coordinate, and control day-to-day field operations for assigned crafts and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and review of submittals, RFIs, and RFCs, providing recommendations on suitability.
Review contractor health and safety plans, traffic control, and erosion control measures.
Verify quantities for payment.
Identify construction non-conformance issues and assist in developing potential resolutions.
Serve as the lead Company representative at designated project sub-sites when required.
Provide construction core competency expertise as assigned.
Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with contractors.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in construction planning, execution, and project completion.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to project sites.
Previous Construction Superintendent experience on major capital projects.
Familiarity with Construction Materials Testing procedures and ASTM standards.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to providing excellent service to clients.
