Basic Job Summary:
The job holder will be responsible for identifying and securing consultancy projects, managing the lifecycle of these projects and ensuring they meet university standards and client expectations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Sourcing
Proactively seek out and identify potential consultancy opportunities, both internally within the university and externally.
Prepare and submit proposals (EOIs, RFPs, RFQs) for consultancy projects.
Project Management
Plan, execute and monitor consultancy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are financially viable.
Provide regular reports on project progress and performance to relevant university stakeholders.
Operational Responsibility
Recommendation on continuous improvement opportunities in arising from the risk and compliance process
Minimum Academic Qualifications:
Master's degree in business or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum of 4-6 years' experience with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory role.
