Deliverable 1: Inception Report and Methodology Presentation


Purpose: Tvalidate the scope, approach, and methodology of the scoping review.
Content: Outline of research questions, inclusion/exclusion criteria, data sources, search strategy, and analytical framework.
Format: Written report and presentation tIFRC stakeholders.
Timeline: Within 2 weeks of contract start.


Deliverable 2: Scoping Review Report (Draft and Final)


Purpose: Tmap and synthesize existing research and documentation on RCCE for SBC in adult
immunization in the African context, published in English and in French.
Content: Executive summary
Thematic synthesis of findings
Identification of key drivers, barriers, and evidence gaps
Analysis of RCCE approaches used by RCRC National Societies and other actors
Recommendations for programmatic and policy use
Timeline: Internal
Draft report: Within 5 weeks of contract start
Final report (post-feedback): Within 7 weeks of contract start


Deliverable 3: Compendium of Reviewed Materials (by-product)


Purpose: Tprovide a classified list of reviewed documents and tools for internal reference.
Content: Annotated bibliography or database of relevant literature, tools, and training materials, categorized by theme and source.
Timeline: Submitted alongside the final report.


Deliverable 4: Presentation of Findings


Purpose: Tshare key findings and recommendations with IFRC teams and stakeholders.
Content: Slide deck and oral presentation summarizing methodology, key insights, and implications for
RCCE programming.
Timeline: Within 1 week of final report submission.
Support the sharing/distributions of success stories and other publication materials
Purpose, outputs and intended outcomes, deliverable, content, scope and methodology
The consultant will capture and produce public communication content around RCCE for SBC events or activities held at country, regional and continental level. This includes assisting in policy briefs and success stories intended for policy makers and humanitarian practitioners as well as the general public.
