Job Summary:
Plan, coordinate, and execute all consumer-facing activations that bring the brand experience to life - including on-ground events, sampling programs, and experiential marketing. Ensure alignment with brand strategy, seamless execution, and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan & execute activations, events, and sampling across all brands in line with marketing goals.
Collaborate with creative agencies to turn campaign ideas into engaging on-ground experiences.
Manage promoters, vendors, and logistics for flawless execution. Develop rollout plans with clear budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
Work with trade marketing & digital teams for integrated consumer touchpoints.
Lead post-event evaluations - analyze participation, reach, sampling data & ROI.
Maintain POSM & activation material inventory with accountability.
Capture field learnings & consumer insights for continuous improvement.
Represent marketing in planning sessions with sales, distribution & PR teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4-6 years' experience in brand activations, experiential marketing, or events (FMCG/agency preferred).
Proven experience managing field teams, vendors & agencies.
Track record of delivering large-scale activations & meeting KPIs.
