We are looking for a content & community associate to support a growing leadership, learning, and human capacity development brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, video production, audience engagement, and digital community building.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and coordinate video content.
Edit short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms.
Create engaging content for social media and online learning communities.
Manage and grow our online communities by driving conversations and engagement.
Support content campaigns, launches, events, and training programs.
Design simple graphics and visual assets (an added advantage).
Stay updated on content trends and recommend creative ideas.
What We're Looking For
Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience
Experience shooting and editing videos for social media and digital platforms.
Strong understanding of community management and audience engagement.
Good storytelling and content creation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Graphic design skills are an added advantage.
Passion for learning, leadership, personal development, and youth empowerment.
