Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and promote our real estate brand.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and increasing brand visibility, leads, and audience engagement across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels, captions, and stories) for social media platforms
Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop and execute content calendars and social media strategies
Promote property listings, company updates, and brand campaigns
Monitor trends and apply them creatively to real estate content
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally
Track performance analytics and provide regular reports
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager
Portfolio or sample of previous work is required
Relevant certification or training in digital marketing, media, or communications is a plus.
Skills:
Strong content creation skills (video editing, graphics, copywriting)
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar
Good understanding of social media algorithms and trends
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Knowledge of consulting marketing is an added advantage

Salary : 120k - 150k Monthly
