Job Summary
As the Content Creator / Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and driving brand visibility for the company across digital channels.
Responsibilities
Create and manage engaging content (images, videos, captions) for social media platforms
Manage daily activities across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and audience engagement
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness
Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries to maintain active audience engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
2 - 4 years experience in content creation or social media management
Professional certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management is an advantage
Strong skills in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Good understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
