Ujax Engineering is looking for a Content & Social Media Manager who understands how to tell real project stories online. This role is about creating simple, engaging content that shows what we do: smart buildings, ELV systems, solar, CCTV, and automation—without overcomplicating things. You'll manage our social media pages, create content from site activities, and help grow our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Turn site work, installations, and projects into clear and engaging posts
Write captions using everyday words that people can relate to
Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency
Work with the technical team to understand projects and explain them simply
Create basic graphics and short videos (before, during, after installs)
Respond to comments and messages professionally
Track content performance and suggest improvements
Maintain Ujax's brand voice across all platforms
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media or digital content
Good writing skills and ability to explain technical work in simple terms
Basic knowledge of content tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Ability to edit short videos and photos from site work
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Interest in engineering, technology, or smart systems is a big plus
