Key Responsibilities
Control vehicle movement to ensure appropriate emergency responses.
Attend to all customer needs to their satisfaction. Conduct timely roll call for emergency response crews to confirm operational readiness.
Daily reports on alarms activations and faulty alarms and follow up with technical department to ensure closure.
Initiate prompt recovery of all lost/stolen vehicles.

Diploma in Security Management or its equivalent KCSE C-
