Job Description


Prepare therapeutic milk and or cook meals/Pap for caretakers according to daily menus and dietary requirements
Ensure meals are served in appropriate conditions
Ensure proper washing, handling, and storage of food items
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, equipment, and eating areas
Ensure safe disposal of food waste and garbage
Assist in monitoring food stocks and inform the supervisor of shortages or needs
Ensure correct storage of food items to prevent spoilage and contamination
Use kitchen equipment properly and report any malfunction or damage
Work in collaboration with other support staff (cleaners, guards, logistics team)
Communicate any issues related to food quality, hygiene, or supplies
Additional Duties: Perform any other cooking-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
