Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Female / Male Cook to prepare nutritious and well-presented meals.
The ideal candidate should be hygienic, organized, and able to cook a variety of local and/or continental dishes while maintaining high kitchen standards.


Key Responsibilities


Prepare and cook meals according to agreed menus and dietary requirements
Ensure food is prepared on time and served fresh
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking utensils
Plan menus and assist with grocery shopping and stock management
Properly store food to avoid spoilage and waste
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Clean the kitchen after cooking and ensure orderliness


Requirements & Qualifications


Minimum S.S.C.E / OND Certificate
Candidates staying close to Mushin, Yaba, Oyingbo,and Surulere environs are preferably considered.
Proven experience as a cook (home, restaurant, cafeteria, or hotel experience is an advantage)
Ability to cook a variety of dishes (local dishes required; continental is an added advantage)
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physically fit and hardworking
Honest, punctual, and well-organized
