Key Duties
Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and dietary requirements
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Follow special diets as advised by clinical and nutrition teams Properly store food and manage kitchen inventory
Clean kitchen equipment and work areas
Comply with health, safety, and infection-control standards Support timely meal service across hospital units
Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Food Production /Culinary Arts preferred
Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a
hospital or institutional setting
Knowledge of food hygiene and safet standards
Ability to work shifts and under pressure
Team-oriented and dependable
