Key Responsibilties


Cater to the needs of all customers, delivering exceptional food and service
Deliver consistent, high food standards in line with Milestone Boutique Apartments brand values.
Create fresh, seasonal, and innovative dishes inspired by national and intercontinental cuisines
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and Health & Safety practices and record keeping
Manage allergy reporting and ensure accurate signposting for customers
Oversee budgeting, ordering, and stock control.
