Job Description


Prepare and cook a variety of local and continental dishes according to approved recipes and quality standards.
Bake breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Plan and organize daily food production for both savory meals and baked items.
Ensure proper seasoning, portion control, and attractive plating of all dishes.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
Monitor inventory of food supplies and baking ingredients; report shortages promptly.
Properly store raw materials and finished products to prevent spoilage and waste.
Operate kitchen and baking equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, fryers, and grills.
Assist in menu development by suggesting new meal options and pastry creations.
Work efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely service, especially during peak hours.


Requirements


Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 2 - 3 years of working experience.
