Job Summary
As the field agent at Brit Properties Nigeria Limited, you are responsible for promoting and onboarding members into BRIT Cooperative products including Savers Circle, Agro Wealth, Prop Wealth, and Edu Future.
The role involves grassroots marketing, member acquisition, relationship management, and consistent follow-up to ensure contribution compliance and product uptake.
The Field Agent serves as the primary link between the cooperative and its members in assigned territories, ensuring product understanding, trust-building, and sustained participation.
Key Responsibilities
Product Promotion & Sales:
Promote Savers Circle (structured savings plan) to individuals and groups.
Market Agro Wealth investment opportunities to farmers, agribusiness owners, and investors.
Promote Prop Wealth (property/real estate investment plan) to target clients.
Drive enrollment for Edu Future (education savings plan) among parents and guardians.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Member Acquisition & Onboarding:
Identify potential members within assigned communities.
Conduct field presentations, group meetings, and one-on-one product pitches.
Assist members with registration and documentation processes.
Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance.
Contribution Monitoring & Follow-Up:
Follow up with members on savings contributions and installment payments.
Track defaulters and implement recovery follow-up strategies.
Maintain accurate records of member contributions and transactions.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with members and community leaders.
Provide regular updates to members on product performance and benefits.
Handle inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Reporting & Documentation:
Submit daily field activity reports.
Maintain database of prospects and active members.
Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to management.
Ensure compliance with cooperative policies and procedures.
Community Engagement:
Organize grassroots awareness campaigns.
Participate in cooperative events and outreach programs.
Identify partnership opportunities within local communities.
Education and Work Experience
Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in field sales, cooperative marketing, microfinance, or financial services (preferred).
Experience in community mobilization or direct sales is an added advantage.
