Job Summary
The Corporate Finance Manager will lead funding, treasury, investment and financial strategy initiatives that support organisational growth and value creation.
The role is responsible for financial modelling, investment analysis, capital raising, financial planning, treasury operations and corporate finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead corporate finance, treasury, and funding activities.
Develop financial models, forecasts, and strategic business analyses.
Manage liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships.
Evaluate investments, capital projects, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Support debt financing and capital-raising initiatives.
Provide financial insights to executive leadership for decision-making.
Ensure compliance, financial governance, and effective risk management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
CFA qualification is required
MBA is an added advantage.
8 - 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Financial Management.
Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and financial analysis.
Experience in manufacturing or import-dependent industries is an advantage.
