Key Responsibilities


Develop and lead develop business cases.
Lead and control mergers and acquisitions execution.
Oversee the investment portfolio to optimise capital allocation.
Ensure compliance with investment policies and governance frameworks across the organisation.
Conduct investment appraisals to support decision making.
Assess financial structuring and pricing sustainability to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Provide input into financial, capital budgeting and investment policy formulation.
Provide Eskom‑wide financial training and capability development.


Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):


Honours Degree in Accounting (with articles) CA (SA)/ Finance/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Management at NQF8 with 480 credits


Related Minimum Experience:


10 Years in functional activities


Professional Registration Body:


South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA)
