Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across target industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.
Ensure retention and growth of key accounts through proactive relationship management.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
4 - 6 years of proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
