Job Summary


Our Client is a tech-driven manufacturing powerhouse focused on making high-quality apparel accessible to the Nigerian mass market.
We are seeking a Corporate Sales Manager to drive our B2B expansion, targeting corporate entities, schools, and large-scale retailers. In this role, you will capitalize on our local production speed and cost-efficiency to provide bespoke corporate outfitting and bulk apparel solutions.
You will be the primary driver of corporate growth, ensuring that our high-speed manufacturing capabilities meet the high-volume needs of Nigerian businesses.


Responsibilities


Identify and qualify corporate leads for bulk apparel and uniform solutions across banking, tech, education, and FMCG sectors.
Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the quality and cost-advantage of our 100% locally manufactured products.
Build and nurture long-term B2B relationships through consistent client engagement and account management.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure client specifications for bulk orders (e.g., plain tees, uniforms) are met with precision.
Manage the corporate sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads from outreach to fulfillment.
Represent the brand at corporate networking events, industry exhibitions, and business summits.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for bulk corporate orders and institutional partnerships.
Secure new enterprise and school accounts for seasonal and ongoing apparel needs.
Achieve at least a 25% conversion rate of qualified corporate leads into long-term contract partners.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 years of Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Account Management, or Apparel Sales.
Strong interest in local manufacturing, fashion, and business-scale solutions.
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation skills suited for C-suite interactions.
Resilience and a results-oriented mindset with a focus on high-volume deal closing.
Ability to articulate the competitive advantage of high-speed, local manufacturing processes.
Experience in B2B environments or mass-market consumer goods is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in CRM systems and corporate sales reporting tools.
