Proten International is recruiting to fill the position of: Corporate Secretary Associate. The position is located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years post-call experience, preferably within a manufacturing, Free Zone, or other highly regulated environment. Membership or certification with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) is required.
