Key responsibilities:
Daily posting of departmental transfers;
Run daily sales depletion process;
Preparing & distributing cost reports weekly;
Calculate staff meal costs;
Manage Micros menu items;
Balancing stock and purchase accruals;
Arrange and record monthly inventory counts;
Analyze stock variances and movements;
Track & communicate slow moving and ageing stock;
Accurate and timely capture of ENT's, discounts etc;
Prepare variance, inventory tracker and cost reports;
Month-end processes i.e. re-allocations of expenses and accruals;
Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts.
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Experience on Accounting software;
Tertiary qualification in accounting / bookkeeping an advantage;
Working experience in cost control an advantage;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Accurate;
Deadline oriented.
