Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years experience in cost estimating, cost control, forecasting, benchmarking, cost analysis, and reporting within the Oil & Gas industry.
