KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and manage inventory levels across the campus
Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inflow and outflow)
Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Track and analyse costs related to inventory and operations
Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions
Work closely with procurement and accounts teams on stock-related matters
Prepare inventory and cost reports for management review
Identify and report variances, wastage, or inefficiencies
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
ACA/ACCA/MBA is an added advantage
Strong analytical and numerical skills
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of accounting or inventory management systems (e.g., Xero ERP) is an added advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills
