Key Responsibilities
Provide Academic and Career Guidance , Assist university students in choosing courses, managing academic challenges, and planning career paths.
Offer Personal and Social Counseling , Support students with personal issues, stress, anxiety, and social integration within the campus environment.
Conduct Group Workshops and Seminars , Organize programs on study skills, time management, mental health awareness, and leadership development.
Conflict Resolution and Mediation , Facilitate resolution of conflicts among students, or between students and faculty, promoting a positive campus climate.
Maintain Confidential Records , Keep accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, interventions, and follow-ups.

Qualifications and skills
Master's degree preferred.
Ability to build trust, show empathy, and provide guidance to students from diverse cultural and social backgrounds
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in student counseling, guidance, or a related educational support role.
Certification in counseling or guidance from a recognized institute or professional body.
