Responsibilities
Lead business development in HR outsourcing, recruitment, payroll, and talent solutions.
Identify new opportunities and grow a robust client portfolio across sectors.
Develop and execute country-level sales strategies aligned with regional growth goals.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, and service excellence.
Provide timely sales intelligence, competitor insights, and performance reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, HR Management or a related field (master's preferred).
Minimum 7 years' experience in B2B sales or HR services, with 3+ years in a leadership/client-facing role.
Proven knowledge of Kenya's HR, labour, and compliance environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategy execution skills.
Strong financial acumen, with ability to interpret budgets, pricing models, and revenue pipelines.
Professional fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swahili is an advantage.
