Job Description
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance to identify areas for improvement.
Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Lead, motivate and mentor the sales and marketing teams.
Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets.
Identify and evaluate new markets and opportunities, and develop plans to capture them.
Develop and maintain promotional activities and strategies.
Develop and manage customer experience initiatives.
Create and implement innovative sales and marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities and trends to ensure competitive advantage.
Recruit and have sales team of minimum 7 sales representative and a minimum sales target of 10.5M.
Ensure effective and efficient operation of sales and marketing department.
Be able to micromanage the sales representatives in terms of reporting time, live location, their facilitation, outlet visitation, sales per day etc.
Be able to communicate on the groups, respond to all the inquiries made by the directors, sales representatives and any other staff in a timely manner.
To be able to do research and analyze the market and come up with proper region territories, route plans and marketing strategies to ensure the areas are covered extensively.
