The Opportunity

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Creative Content & Design Specialist to serve as the key creative engine supporting our agency’s diverse marketing and advertising needs. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical fluency to create highly effective content optimized for various digital platforms.

You will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-quality visual assets that drive engagement and conversion across all client and internal channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Asset Production

  • Paid Media Design: Design and format compelling visual content (static images, basic animations) specifically optimized for placement on major advertising channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and X (Twitter).

  • Short-Form Video: Produce and edit engaging short-form video content for organic and paid placement across platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Reels.

  • Email Marketing: Design visually appealing and high-converting email templates and graphics for marketing automation campaigns.

  • Design Tool Mastery: Utilize tools like Canva, Figma, and Photoshop with exceptional skill to maintain brand consistency and deliver production-ready creative assets on time.

Web Design & Technical Aptitude

  • Web/Landing Page Design: Create clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing web and landing page designs (UX/UI planning and mockups), focusing on client conversion goals. Note: Direct web development (coding) is not required, but proficiency in web development is a significant advantage.

  • Creative Optimization (Bonus Skills): Utilize familiarity with principles of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to inform design choices, ensuring all produced content is positioned for maximum performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable multi-client role, specifically serving the U.S. market.

  • Design Proficiency: Exceptional, proven skills in Canva, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop for both rapid content creation and polished, detailed design work.

  • Platform-Specific Design: Demonstrated understanding of the content specifications and best practices for advertising and organic placement on Meta, Google, and short-form video platforms.

  • Experience in producing and editing engaging short-form video assets.

  • Versatility: Proven ability to manage and switch contexts between high-volume ad creative, detailed email graphics, and web design projects.

  • Communication: Strong ability to take creative direction and translate marketing objectives into effective visual solutions.

Highly Valued (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience or deep technical knowledge in SEO and/or CRO.

  • Basic to advanced web development (coding) skills.

  • Up-to-date education or professional certifications in design, digital marketing, brand strategy, or digital media production.
