Duties & Responsibilities:
Consistently develop strategies that tell the Bbrood story and safeguard the company's brand identity.
Plan and execute a marketing strategy, including SEO, social media presence and oversee designing and production of marketing materials, both online and offline
Generate impactful sales centric campaigns to increase footfall at the shops and sales on the online platforms.
Conduct surveys to measure product performance and customer service, and report on campaign effectiveness
Handle online and offline customer complaints, maintain a record for reference and share delivery platforms report weekly for analysis.
Create marketing synergy between Bbrood and Stean's (Sister company) to elevate the coffee experience for our customers.
Requirements:
Demonstrate experience in a similar role together with a learning attitude
Proven experience in creativity and leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate consumption.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a love for great and witty communication.
Good experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.
BA/BSC degree in Marketing from a recognised institution.
Brings positive energy, enthusiasm, a can-do attitude to the team and ablility to operate in a dynamic office set-up
