Key Responsibilities


Source, identify, and onboard new loan customers across diverse market segments
Promote the bank's credit products and achieve assigned loan disbursement targets
Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable loan solutions
Guide customers through loan applications in line with credit policies and documentation requirements
Work closely with Credit and Risk teams to ensure timely loan approvals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals
Monitor loan performance and resolve customer-related issues promptly
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports
Stay informed on market trends and emerging customer needs.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years' experience in loan sales, credit acquisition, or retail banking
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and loan targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Solid understanding of credit processes and loan documentation
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM or loan management tools
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
