REQUIREMENTS
Atleast 3 years experience in the same role, working in the microfinance space for logbook product
Analyze and mitigate credit and financial risks.
Review and recommend loan applications for approval.
Monitor portfolio quality and manage emerging risks.
Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements.
