Credit Manager at OVK - Group

Minimum Requirements:


Grade 12 (an appropriate accounting qualification will be an advantage);
5 years experience in an agricultural credit lending environment;
Thorough knowledge of applicable Credit & FICA legislation;
Valid driver's license.


Skills:


Computer literate (MS Office);
Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
Good numerical ability;
Good organisational skills;
Must be able to thrive under pressure;
Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and to motivate and manage staff;
Thorough understanding of risk management.


Responsibilities:


Credit lending;
Management of debtors book;
Maintenance of administration;
Management of the credit office.
