Job Summary
The Credit Sales Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the organization's credit products, sourcing new clients, assessing customer needs, and achieving credit sales targets while maintaining quality loan portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Market and sell credit products to individuals and businesses.
Source and onboard new customers.
Conduct customer profiling and preliminary credit assessments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets.
Monitor loan performance and support recovery efforts where necessary.
Prepare periodic sales and performance reports.
Requirements
HND / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
1 - 3 years of sales or credit marketing experience.
Additional qualifications in banking/finance will be an advantage
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of financial products and lending processes.
