Detailed Responsibilities


Process creditors payments- Trade Creditor (where there is a TP voucher/expense code) (Shared Services)
Manage payments on the window and make sure these are paid on time.
Manage payment process from beginning to end, make sure the payment gets released by checking the bank recon.


CANDIDATE PROFILE
Qualification


Grade 12 with Accounting as subject passed.
Computer literate, specifically Excel.


Experience


3 years creditors experience essential.


Skills
Skills:


Methodical, organised, disciplined and the ability to work to deadlines.
Attention to detail, works well in a team environment, liaising with several different departments as well as external suppliers.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Positive attitude.
