Desired experience and Requirements:
Matric
Minimum 2 years' creditors/accounts payable experience
Proven payroll experience
Strong Excel skills
Experience with retail/wholesale systems and payroll software
Fluent in English and Afrikaans; Sesotho advantageous
Reliable own transport
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and integrity
Must be confident enough to question errors and enforce correct processes
Key responsibilities:
Creditors / Accounts Payable and supplier reconciliations
Purchase orders, GRVs and invoice processing
Supplier payments and banking
Weekly wages and monthly salaries
PAYE, UIF, SDL and EMP201
VAT administration and general bookkeeping
Filing, reporting and general office administration
