Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals tailored to the chairman's preferences and dietary requirements.
Design weekly and seasonal menus with a focus on nutrition, variety, and creativity.
Source fresh, high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Cater for private events, meetings, and special occasions as required.
Collaborate with household staff to ensure seamless service and dining experiences.
Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into menu planning
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in Culinary Arts from Kenya Utalii College (mandatory).
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private residence.
Proven expertise in a variety of cuisines (local and international).
Strong knowledge of nutrition, food allergies, and dietary restrictions.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
