Customer Account Manager at Africa Fleet Management Solution

Key Responsibilities


Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through daily customer engagement.
Meet sales targets and grow existing customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
Prepare quotations, sales profiles, proposals, and other sales documentation.
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate sales records.
Receive, follow up, and resolve customer issues in coordination with technical and operations teams.
Conduct customer visits and presentations when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements


Experience in sales, account management, fleet management, GPS, or telematics is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
