Duties and responsibilities:


Giving feedback to customers
Receiving and responding to clients calls
Attending and directing customers and visitors to relevant offices within the Polytechnic.
Supporting internal communication effort to keep staff informed and engaged.
Assist in maintaining a digital archive of communication materials and media coverage.


Job Specifications


Bachelor of science in media and digital communication, MassS Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism or Public Relations from a recognized Institution;
Can communicate in English or Kiswahili
