Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, providing information, conducting surveys, and ensuring smooth communication with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
This role requires strong communication, coordination, and data management skills to deliver exceptional customer service and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to provide information, gather feedback, and conduct surveys.
Maintain accurate records and update communication databases.
Coordinate with departments to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless processes.
Enter and analyse communication data, generating reports as needed.
Address customer issues professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and core values.
Conduct KYC and onboarding of new customers into the buy now and pay later scheme.
Requirements
BSc / HND qualification in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
Must have completed NYSC.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Smartsheet, and databases.
Highly organized, presentable and detail-oriented
