Qualifications, Skills and Experience
7-10 years of total FMCG experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience within the Beverage category.
Strong Modern Trade experience managing supermarkets and key accounts.
Proven experience managing Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
Hands-on experience with planogram implementation and shelf-space negotiations.
Experience executing consumer promotions, product launches, and visibility initiatives.
Experience managing merchandisers and third-party vendors.
Strong distributor and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to independently drive new listings and account development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage supermarkets and minimarts under distributors and regional second lines.
Deliver agreed Joint Business Plans (JBP) objectives and quarterly targets.
Drive visibility, share of shelf, product availability and promotional execution.
Negotiate additional display opportunities and new product listings.
Manage merchandising teams and third-party service providers.
Monitor market performance and competitor activities.
