Role Summary
Provide customer support, resolve service issues, document complaints, coordinate escalations, and help maintain a reliable and positive customer experience across ATRAS operations.
Minimum Requirements
Diploma/ND or equivalent in Customer Service, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in customer service, support, service operations, or a related role.
Excellent communication, listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Comfortable working with digital customer records and reporting systems.

All applicants must be ready and available to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
All positions are full-time employment positions. Part-time or contract engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational requirements and management approval.

Part-time or contract-based engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis where the role, operational need, and candidate profile justify such an arrangement.
Successful candidates may be required to work across assigned operational locations within Adamawa State and to participate in field activities where applicable.
