A leading Loan, Investment and Pawn company is recruiting to fill the position of: Customer Retention / Customer Service Executive. The position is located in Ikota, Lagos State. Salary: N250,000 / Month. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, improving retention rates, and delivering excellent service experiences. Interested candidates should possess minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in any relevant field with 23 years of experience in customer service, customer retention, or a related role and must reside in close proximity to Ikota, Ajah (or be willing to relocate).
