About the Role


We are seeking high-performing Customer Sales Executives with proven experience in selling tangible goods to join our dynamic team in vitafoam. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent service that converts prospects into loyal customers.


Key Responsibilities


Actively engage in field or direct sales of physical/tangible products
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints professionally
Prepare and submit regular sales reports


Requirements


A minimum of a B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 3years' experience in sales of tangible goods (e.g., FMCG, electronics, furniture, industrial products, etc.)
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused
Must be familiar with the local market terrain
Ability to work independently and in a team
