Job Purpose
To drive sales growth, expand market penetration, and manage customer relationships for Amo Byng poultry feed products across the Southwest and Northern regions.
The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and ensuring seamless order processing under the company's cash-and-carry policy.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell Amo Byng poultry feed products to distributors, commercial farms, and independent poultry farmers.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers within assigned territory.
Develop and execute territory sales plans to grow market share.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide basic product guidance and usage recommendations.
Conduct regular farm visits to gather feedback and strengthen loyalty.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate where necessary.
Order Processing & Payment Compliance:
Ensure all orders comply with the company's policy.
Confirm proof of payment before initiating product release or delivery.
Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and reconciliations.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market activities.
Provide regular sales and market reports to management.
Identify emerging opportunities within the region.
Brand Representation:
Represent Amo Byng professionally in all customer engagements.
Support trade activations, field demonstrations, and promotional activities.
Uphold the company's reputation for quality and reliability.

Qualifications
B.Sc. / HND in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in feed sales, agro-input sales, or related field sales.
Poultry industry knowledge is an added advantage.

Other Requirements
Must reside in or be willing to relocate within assigned region (Southwest or North).
