Customer Service Agent - Cape Town Region at SydSen Recruit

Requirements:


Matric / Grade 12 preferred
Valid driver's licence is a must
Own transport is a must
Previous customer service experience required
Experience in car rental, hospitality, tourism, retail or premium client service will be advantageous
Must be well-presented, reliable and customer-focused
Strong communication and administration skills
Excellent attention to detail
Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and overtime when required
Must be comfortable handling and driving vehicles


Duties include:


Handling vehicle bookings, enquiries and customer follow-ups
Assisting with professional vehicle handovers
Completing check-out, check-in and rental documentation
Explaining vehicle features and rental requirements to customers
Ensuring vehicles are clean, spotless and presented to a high standard
Assisting with off-site deliveries and collections when required
Supporting the wider rental team during busy or quiet periods
