Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide product/service information to customers as required
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field with 1 - 2 years experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Must reside in or very close to Ogba, Berger, Ikeja or environs
