Job Summary


The Customer Service Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients, affiliates, and prospects.
The ideal candidate must be articulate, professional, confident, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage inquiries effectively and maintain a positive brand image.


Key Responsibilities


Attend to walk-in clients and respond to inquiries professionally
Manage phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries
Resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Follow up on client requests and ensure timely feedback
Support the sales and operations team to enhance customer experience
Provide reports on customer feedback and service improvement


Requirements


Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant field
Minimum of 2 - 4 years experience in Customer Service (Real Estate experience is an advantage)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Professional appearance and confident disposition.
